Vitreous enamel is a technique of fusing glass powder on a surface through baking the powder in a special oven, which is heated to 750-800 Celcius degrees, until the glass powder is melted and "glued" on the surface. The surfce is then a little bit rised, since it has an added material.
Most of the times vitreous enamel must be done in many different stages, because each time we put one color of powder, otherwise the result is not predictable.
